Before establishing the firm, Sudhanshu gained extensive professional experience with KPMG India and BDO UK. During this period, he worked on statutory audits, financial reporting, internal controls and other professional assignments across varied industries and organisational environments. His experience includes exposure to Indian and international financial-reporting frameworks, including Ind AS, IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP. This combination of Indian and international experience enables him to approach professional assignments with a strong understanding of technical requirements, reporting expectations and the practical challenges faced by businesses.
At Sudhanshu And Associates, he remains personally involved throughout the engagement—from understanding the requirement and determining the scope to reviewing key matters and communicating the final deliverables. He believes that professional advice should be technically sound, clearly explained and capable of being practically implemented. Sudhanshu is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Christ University, Bengaluru. He is also an Empanelled Career Counsellor with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and participates in professional education and career-awareness initiatives, reflecting his continuing commitment to knowledge-sharing and the development of aspiring professionals.
